PRETTY POWERFUL ART CONTEST

Empowering Girls Through Art

In collaboration with She’s the First, we are launching
a contest for artwork that represents what it means to
be “Pretty Powerful.” To enter, create a two-dimensional
artwork centered on the theme of empowering women
and girls around the world to make positive changes
in their communities.

The contest will begin on August 12, 2024. Please submit your artwork for
consideration by October 15, 2024. For more information about the contest

One (1) winner will receive $5,000 in cash and the opportunity for their artwork to be featured on Bobbi Brown's website in support of the Pretty Powerful Fund.

How to Enter

Prepare your submission and enter
by October 15, 2024. You’ll need to
capture your artwork in a digital file and
share what “Pretty Powerful” means to
you in a short video.

Submission Guidelines

Your two-dimensional artwork—e.g., drawing, painting, graphic design, collage—must be submitted using a JPG, PNG, or TIFF file. The artwork that you submit must be entirely original and not previously published or used in any other competition. Plagiarism or the use of third-party content will result in disqualification. No purchase necessary.

Eligibility Requirements

Each entrant must comply with all the following requirements to enter the contest:

○ The entrant is a member of a U.S. chapter of
   She's the First or a member of an organization
   affiliated with She’s the First

○ The entrant is between the ages of 13 and 22

○ The entrant is a legal resident of the fifty (50) United
   States or the District of Columbia (but not Puerto Rico)

 

 



By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that your entry is original to you,
that the entry has not been previously published, has not won previous awards, and
that neither it nor its contents infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party, including
any copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property. By
submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that you consent to the submission and use
of the entry in the Contest and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.

Our History

We launched the Pretty Powerful Fund in 2019 to work toward a more equitable tomorrow for women and girls worldwide. Since then, we have donated over $1.5 million to organizations such as She’s the First to help provide education, mentorship, and female-focused resources to more than 170,000 girls globally.
