Free Return Shipping For Foundations, Powders, Concealers, & Correctors

If you have purchased a Foundation, Powder, Concealer or Corrector from Bobbi Brown Online and wish to return or exchange it, follow the steps below:

  • Call Us 1-877-310-9222
    An Online Service Expert will provide a pre-paid return label via email.
  • Print It
    Print the label from your email. Complete the Return Merchandise/Exchange section on the back of the invoice included with your order. *Please check the appropriate box if the item was a gift.
  • Pack It
    Carefully pack items into the box and include the completed invoice. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
  • Ship It
    Take the package to any UPS location or request a pickup by calling 1-800-PICKUPS (UPS fees may apply). Full instructions are included in the return label email.

Return/Exchange Instructions

Can I return or exchange an item?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Bobbi Brown online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the amount of the purchase. To return or exchange items purchased on Bobbi Brown Online (for foundation returns see Free Returns for Foundations), please follow these steps:

  • Fill out the "Return Section" of the invoice (the invoice is enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. If you are returning a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.
  • For your convenience, we have provided a return address label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:

  • For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please send your return via insured UPS Ground. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please refer to Damaged Items.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing.

Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm your return or exchange request has been processed.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at 1-877-310-9222.
