Rich and pampering formula. I alternate between this cleanser and the Brightening Cream Cleanser and like them both. This will be perfect for winter as it comforts my dry sensitive skin. I like the convenient non-messy tube packaging, it is easy to dispense the product.

I tried the sample and now I am buying it! This is the perfect cleanser. Smells great and feels soothing. My skin is totally clean and moisturized. I have sensitive skin with a slight redness after most cleansers. This one leaves my skin soft and balanced. No irritation. Thank you, Bobbi!

Prefer Extra Balm Rinse

This is a very good product, but in my experience using it for a few days, it is not as great a product for cleansing as Extra Balm Rinse.I have very dry and ultra sensitive skin and rely on Bobbii Brown skincare and cosmetics to keep it in tip top shape. In particular, I like the Extra line for skincare, although I also use some options from the Hydrating line.This Hysrating Rich Cream Cleanser was soothing for ny sensitive skin, But as for makeup removal and leaving my skin feeling "aaahhhh-s0mely" hydrated after using it, I prefer the Extra Balm...with the Lathering Soap (tube) in second place. And this cleanser in third.Also, as simply a matter of different products working best for different folks, I much prefer the texture of both the Extra Balm Rinse and t he Lathering Soap over the texture of this cream cleanser.

Over the last year or so I've been washing my face with Olay Regenerist Detoxifying Pore Scrub. Little did I know that my quest to rid my face of dry skin and other blemishes, that I was hurting it with a harsh scrub. This product was recommended as the first stage to repair my face. I’ve been using the cleanser now for a week and all my dry patches are gone, pores smaller and my face is much smoother and softer. Love this wash because it is gentle going on and very easy to come off. I have sensitive skin and usually have irritation after any face wash. This does not irritate my skin at all. It smells wonderful and leaves my face feeling moisturized, cleaned and tight.

I was reluctant to use BB skincare until I received a sample packet of this with an order.I just loved it and my skin just drank it in. No harsh perfumey fragrances (which was my fear) and it just melts into your skin and your makeup just goes away. I either put it on right before I hop in the shower and then rinse it off or at night I smooth it on all over including my eyes, then remove gently with a warm wash cloth. My skin feels nice and soft, but I still continue with my moisturizer of the month routine.(currently trying Philosophys Miracle Worker Trial Kit) at night. I highly recommend this cleanser. I'm 50 and my daughter who is 20 also uses it.

I love the idea of this cleanser. Truly hydrating cleansers are difficult to find. I found that something in this cleanser irritated my skin and made it peel--perhaps because I use a sonic cleanser and retinoids. I would also prefer if the cleanser did not have such a strong herbal scent. Sadly, I've had to stop using it.

Very Hydrating for Dry Skin

I have been using this every night before bed along with the vitamin based moisturizer that I got as a sample and I love how my dry skin drinks this in. I wake up in the morning with clean, soft and cushiony skin. It's very hydrating and doesn't have a perfume smell at all. Overall I'm very pleased with this cleanser.

I am a Bobbi-devotee and have just experience my first disappointment with one of her products. I use her skin care and makeup applied with her brushes. All are quite simply The Best. But I am disappointed with the Hydrating Rich Cream Cleanser. While it leaves my skin nicely hydrated, it doesn't take off my makeup so it's kinda of inappropriately named. I'll be going back to using the Cleansing Oil which cleanses my face of foundation and eye makeup and leaves it soft and moisturized.

I have worn Bobbi Brown make-up and used the skincare line for several years. This is the first product that I have not liked. I decided to try it because it had received such good reviews, but it does not remove make-up AT ALL. I was very disappointed with this product and I will go back to using the cleansing oil.

I was an avid user of Lathering Tube Soap, but recently got a recommendation for this clenser as I am in my forties and my skins needs are changing. I am still on the fence, because although my face feels really soft after using this new cleanser, it doesn't feel clean. I think I will probably return to the Lathering Tube Soap.

My favorite winter cleanser

This cleanser has a lovely creamy texture, takes off my makeup, and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry (I have combination skin). In the winter I follow this up with EXTRA Repair Serum and a sunscreen/foundation or BB Cream (Bobbi's is lovely). I have and use a Clarisonic daily, and this cleanser works fabulously with it. Even the price point isn't too painful.

A Great Morning Face Wash!

pros:
It doesn't remove makeup but is wonderful to start your day using this it feels wonderful on the skin. I like using the lathering tube soap at the end of the day or the soothing oil to take my makeup at the end of the day but this stuff is great for the morning and would buy again!
