I'm very picky about concealer, and have remained true to YSL Touche Eclat since I was 16. However, I started to need something with a bit more coverage for my dark circles and this really fits the bill.True to the name, it is very creamy and melts into skin with great coverage without looking obvious. I also LOVE the tiny compact with a mirror so I can easily touch up on the go.

pros:

I've found that the smallest dab of concealer with a bit of the yellow powder is even almost more than necessary. It's hard not to want to do something to cover dark circles when I have them but honestly... putting makeup in that area -- ANY makeup -- almost always seems to have the opposite effect of directing attention elsewhere for me! No matter how light my hand is when applying this sort of cream cover-up the result almost always rings false and looks like it's a little bit on its way toward 'ghastly'... I just can't get away with it.

The tiniest bit wakes up my WHOLE face even if I didn't get enough sleep, which as a student, happens all too often. I love it! I found that using less actually looks better, otherwise it creases. Also, patting it in rather than rubbing gives a more natural look.

The title pretty much sums it up. But, to go into more detail, this concealer is the most moisturizing, offers the best coverage, and has the best color selection of every concealer I've tried (and I've tried a lot). Dryer concealers I've used don't last as long and don't blend as well as this one. If you have dry skin, especially around the eyes, then this is probably a great match for you!

pros:

I was going to wait until I was out of my old Bobbi formula before I bought the new one, but I couldn't wait any longer so I bought Porcelain, the color I have used for ten years. The new version is more yellow and does not work as well with my Alabaster Bobbi foundations. The old Porcelain had a yellow undertone, to cancel out the purple-blue, but was a creamy ivory color that worked beautifully with fair skin. Also, the new formula does not provide as much coverage and is not as moist so I have to use more eye cream and use it with another concealer, but I have noticeable dark circles. Others with "normal" under eye circles will probably get good coverage.

Unfortunately, when I bought the new formula in porcelain, it was not the same color..noticeably darker/yellower!! I have used this concealer for years and lloooved it, but this just doesn't match my skin and the formula leaves a cakey finish with my dark circles showing through. Don't know what I am going to do now!

Just tried this in the Ivory and found it is the best with Porcelain or Warm Ivory foundation. Brightens up my whole face and works well with the light Bisque corrector. Creamy, doesn't crease much, and great coverage. Doesn't dry out undereye area.

I tried the concealer and really like the coverage and color of the concealer but the huge flaw for me is, it doesnt stay on very long, it smears my eyeliner. My skin is too oily for this concealer, if you have normal or dry skin then this concealer will work great for you.

I have this now in a darker and lighter shade to use with the changing seasons. I love it for instant eye perk up and double love that it also covers redness and any dark spots, melasma, sun damage, etc. I use it over the Brightener stick if I need more coverage, fast and easy, LOVE it!!

I have a 2-year-old and a newborn, so sleep is a luxury right now. This concealer (along with the corrector) helps my eyes look much brighter and well-rested than I am. Looking better helps me feel better, too! The product is thick enough to provide excellent coverage, so be sure to moisturize with hydrating eye cream first.

I have dark circles. I have tried numerous other concealers and such over the years but only this percect concealer really works. I love that it is moist. I love that hours later it dosent turn to powder that dries in my lines. I have olive skin and I get porcelain. It is light but it dosent stand out , it just makes my eyes look brighter, I blend it well and always put moisturizer underneath. I have used this for years and adore it. I cannot afford anymore to buy all the products I'd like but this one is worth it!

I LOVE THIS CONCEALER!! Its awesome. It is pretty long lasting. Its one of the very few concealers that is great for under eye circles and blemishes! I have extremely fair skin and it matches my skin tone perfectly! The only bad thing i have to say about this is that it is pretty expensive for not that much product, although a little bit goes a long way!

The concealer is such an essential in my collection. I like how easy it is to apply and goes on so evenly. I use it with the corrector. I work on a computer everyday so my eyes tend to be puffy on the bottom and this helps hide that. I know my look is so much fresher and overall put together when I use the concealer and corrector. A must for those of us that are aging and have not protected our skin well in our youth. Thanks Bobbi for such a wonderful product.

I love the coverage that this concealer gives. I am 55 years old, and have tried every new concealer out there. I always go back to this one because it is the best. Truely, this Creamy Concealer is a product that I can't live without!! I use it as a concealer to cover dark circles under my eyes. I must say, it takes years off my age! I have a concealer brush that I apply it with first and then tap it in with my pinkly finger and add a touch more if needed. This is the lightest concealer I have ever used and doesn't make your eye area all wrinkley because the product is too heavy. Just a light touch does wonders. I highly recommend this Creamy Concealer!!

I found a concealer that blends perfectly. Doesn't look like I'm wearing makeup! I use the corrector underneath when my dark circles are really bad and it's a great combination although a bit thicker feeling. I use a 3.5 foundation and the Beige creamy concealer. Oh! And make sure you've got a nice eye cream base. Bobbi's is fantastic. Sometimes they offer it as a gift with purchase - try it then!

Although the product is nice as far as a make-up, with good coverage and a nice color, I was amazed at the size when I got it. I literally thought it was one of my free sample products, it was so tiny. The picture is misleading - I thought I was getting a standard size compact. But instead, the actual make-up in the case is about the size of a quarter. For the price, this is crazy! I think in the future, I will only get foundation from Bobbi Brown, because that was a decent size.

Concealer really does work to brighten the eye and make you look like you have gotten a full 8-hours of sleep, when we all know that rarely happens! In my experience, concealer makes me look bright-eyed more than mascara and eyeliner combined!The creamy formula won't make the sensitive skin in your eye area dry out or look ashy; in fact, the formula makes it easily blendable, buildable, and natural-looking!

This was a product that I inherited and boy am I glad I did. I cover my whole eye area including the inner and outer corner of my eyes. The product is creamy and covers very well and a little goes a long way. The powder really finishes it nicely and it stays in place. I find my eyes look so much younger, bright and fresh. As I always say as you get older you are not putting on make up in the same way, you are doing a restoration... I am 52 and my eyes look 30.

This is my absolute favorite concealer that I have ever used. I have normal skin, prone to occasional breakouts. Not only does the color of this product blend perfectly with my skin tone, but covers the occasional blemish perfectly and it lasts!! I love the creamy texture and that it does not rub off throughout the day. And this tiny compact lasts me the entire year so don't be fooled by the size. I will never find a better concealer. My dear friend got zero sleep the night before her wedding and had the dark undereye circles to prove it. A fellow bridesmaid shook this little concealer pot out of her beauty bag and dotted the smallest amount onto the bride's skin, and poof. I bought the creamy concealer recently and when I first received it I tried it immediately and I absolutely loved it because it looked so natural and blended into my skin extremely well, plus the tiny little mirror inside it is very helpful. I have always had dark purpleish bags under my eyes, whether I sleep 3, 7 or 12 hours. It's genetically inherited, although it does look worse the less I sleep...It has always been my biggest insecurity and I tried what feels like EVERY concealer product on the market. Once my gf recommended Creamy Concealer from BB. I loved it from the very first day, and now I can't live without it! It has great coverage without looking cakey, which is optimal as I hate makeup that doesn't look natural. I do have to put a light dab of powder on top though, so that it wont be too shiny, but then it looks great! I used to apply one layer with my finger, then some powder and then I'd do the rest of my makeup and then finish with a new layer of concealer over the old one and a bit of powder on top to finish it off, but now I tried the product called Corrector, and I just put one layer of corrector, then one layer of concealer and then powder and it's the same result. I love it so much, and I would definatly recommend this to everyone who wants a bright and awake look, all year round!

Cakes and creases

I know many love Bobbi's concealer, but I'm not a fan. No matter what I try, it creases just below my bottom lash line and cakes everyplace else. I've tried using more hydrating eye cream, less eye cream, more powder, less powder, etc., but always with the same disappointing results.  Also, I prefer a semi-matte concealer that needs no powder to set it. However, there are positives to this concealer: the coverage is excellent, and the concealer kit--if you decide to go with that option--is very handy.

After reading the reviews on this concealer, I decided to try it and glad I did! It is by far the best concealer. I have 2 shades, 1 for summer months and other for Fall/Winter when I am not as tan. I recommend using a good concealer brush or your finger to dab on, just be sure you are not wiping the make-up off. This is a "must have" in my make-up bag.

I inherited dark under eye circles which are more pronounced due to allergies and glaucoma medicine. I have tried various under eye concealors and have had some success in covering the circles. However, it is always quite a problem finding one since my eyes are sensitve to some ingredients and I can have a horrible reaction around my eyes. Bobbbie's corrector tones down the purplish under eye skin. Used in conjunction with the concealor, it is like frosting on a cake. I had been searching to a great concealer for a long time before I came across this one. I just purchased my second container, and I love it! Especially when combined with the corrector (and set with powder like what comes in the concealer kit), this concealer works wonders for dark circles. The other great thing is that you really don't need much product; it took me about a year to get through the first one. For me, this is a product absolutely worth splurging on!

Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer - My main coverage problem is under my eyes and I can't live without this product. I like it with the BB concealer but I use thin layers and blend out as well as possible (cleaning your brush in between is key!) I also will use the corrector with just the powder that comes in the BB concealer palettes when I'm wearing nothing else or going for a bare look. It's flawless when applied correctly.

Five years ago, I purchased Bobbi's concealer/powder combo. and was disappointed. The concealer was thick/sticky and I found it difficult to blend. Recent reviews were so good, I decided to try again. What a different concealer! It's creamy, blends smoothly, covers well, and stays all day (ie. does what it claims). I picked up this concealer at the mall today and instantly fell in love. The color that the woman matched me with (Warm Ivory) looked a little too dark/orange for my pale skin, but when I applied it under my eyes (with my fingers, no brush is needed) and blended it, it looked perfect! My dark circles were gone! It also worked for blemishes and redness. I'm fourteen and this was my first Bobbi Brown product, and so far I'm very impressed. Five stars, definitely! I like that there are so many shades. My skin is VERY pale and sometimes it's hard to find the right shade light enough for me. Love it!

This Creamy Concealer when combined with the Hydrating Eye Cream will get you compliments from all your friends. Especially those you haven't seen in awhile! It does well in blending the color beneath the eyes, as well as creating an even skin texture. I recommend Ivory, one of the newest additions. I have also tried Warm Ivory and Porcelain. The Ivory is a blend of the two.

I bought the creamy concealer kit about a year ago and I absolutely adored it. It just didn't last me super long because I loved it a liiiitle too much, so I decided to get this instead. When I got it, I was a little confused because it seemed like the formula had changed a bit. When I tried it at first, it would just keep settling in areas and made me look cakey.Finally, after working with it for a while, I found that blending the concealer out well and setting it with quite a bit of powder, made it work beautifully like I had remembered. Provides great coverage and stays super well. Love this concealer, it's one of my holy grail products. My makeup bag will NEVER be without it.

At first i found this concealer to be oily? but i decided to wear some eye cream or primer and it goes on great! your skin looks like it doesnt have little to no makeup! it blends right into your skin tone and hides under eye circles great! i have seriously bad under eye circles! looks like i got punched and this really conceals it. i usually get products which look very ashy and you can really see it on pictures. but this concealer is worth every money! and you have to apply it the right way to get the best results! At first the product will feel very moist and creamy but it soaks right into your skin. give it a few minutes and it will look flawless.

This is the best concealer I have ever used, especially when used with Bobbi's corrector. When used with Bobbi's concealer brush, application is a cinch, and the formula is perfect-lightweight, yet amazing at covering. It never settles into those annoying fine lines under my eyes. Definitely set it with powder (I use pale yellow), or it stays tacky and everything from eye shadow to liner will settle on it. I can't live without this concealer!

I have the worst dark circles known to man due to allergies and unfortunately it got passed in the DNA chain as well. Although this product does not cover them completely, I did find that it is better than all of the other products that I've tried over the years (and I've tried them all). I am 47 and the under eye area is a little dryer these days but I tried the BB hydrating eye cream and that seemed to make it go on smoother. I am also using the corrector to help cover those ugly circles and this works well too but again, it softens them and makes them less noticeable but it doesn't cover completely. Over all a pretty good product especially if your circles aren't that bad.

I am 60 and I never have worn much make-up. I was always afraid I would look too fake. I mean I see women, even young women, walking around with these horrendous looking orange masks of foundation. After seeing a make-over on the Today show one morning, I decided to try some Bobbi Brown concealer and tinted moisturizing balm. I couldn't believe how great my skin looked! It just added a little oomph. Today, I discovered how effective it is to use a brush with the concealer - I am usually a hands on kinda gal - but the brush really works. (I picked one up at Whole Foods for a couple of dollars). Liked those two products so much, I added some pot rouge. Really really pleased with the results. Thanks.
