I love the Rose Shimmer Brick. It's the number one product I carry in my purse for every day. It goes on as a bronzer, I can touch up my eyes, highlight my brow bone and contour the look of my cheeks - which takes a few pounds off my look when I might be puffy. I can take my day look and make it a night look with just this one product. It's a definite MUST HAVE - I use it every day and it makes me look my best. When I travel it helps me keep my bag light and to a minimum. If I need to go out in the morning without time for a full face, just a quick brush of this and some lip gloss and I can run to the coffee store and still have a sun glow. I can't speak highly enough about my Rose Shimmer Brick!

This is the second time I purchased the shimmer brick! It is absolutely the most wonderful, amazing makeup I own!!! I use it for more than just shimmer on my cheeks. I use it from lid to brow, then do my crease and corners with a darker shade for drama! It not only looks fabulous, it LASTS and does NOT crease!!! It's like silk! Then, when I'm finished with my blush, I sweep the shimmer all over and it looks GREAT! It brightens and just makes the look finished! I like my rose shimmer brick, but was surprised at how different it was from my pink shimmer brick. It seems to have a little less shimmer, which was disappointing. That said, I still use it all the time. I bought this product to use when I have a little more of a tan (and will use the pink shimmer brick when I am paler). In fact, I'm liking the look of layering this over blush, followed by a little more of the pink shimmer brick as a highlighter of sorts.

It makes your cheek glow naturally, and gives a natural healthy color to your cheeks, without having to worry about applying it too much. When I want more color, I just apply it after a blush. On a casual day, when I don't apply a face powder over the liquid foundation, I think this also acts as a powder to set the foundation in and also give a transparent glow to your cheeks. A must have on your special days to your most casual days.

Unlike some of the other shimmer bricks, this one actually adds some color to your cheeks. There is some sheerness to the color, but it's definitely there. I think the very fair could wear this alone as a shimmery blush. If you are looking for a more tonal shimmer alternative with just a hint of color, I'd give the pink a try instead.

I’m no girl, but this gives me back a little of the look I had when I was younger.I wasn’t into Shimmer Bricks when I first started my collection from Bobbi Brown, and I really didn’t think that my cheeks were all that important (I was so wrong) I always emphasized my good skin and eyes (They’re large and sultry looking). When it came to blush and especially highlighters nothing ever looked all that great, so I did as little as possible to my cheeks.I saw this Shimmer Brick on a shopping channel. It was a good deal, and came with a mini Face Blender Brush, so I thought I’d give it a try to see what all the fuss was about. The Rose color seemed safe. The first time I used it, it wasn’t at all what I thought it would be. I expected it to be shiny, and I dislike shiny…very unflattering on me and looks like I’m trying way too hard. The Rose Shimmer Brick just makes me glow and deposits quite a bit of color on my fair skin. I can wear it with or without blush.I don’t feel that any of the Shimmer Bricks are a necessity, but they certainly are a wonderful accessory. And the colors can be used on the eyes individually or mixed together for a natural look. People always comment on how pretty I look when I wear my Rose SB and that always makes me feel good.It’s that little extra something that makes a big difference:)

I coveted this shimmer brick for quite some time, and when I finally got it I was not disappointed. This shimmer brick gives you the perfect healthy glow. It's very natural; you don't even look like you're wearing blush.I think the best thing about this product though, is that it makes it so easy to apply blush that looks fantastic. With regular blush it's easy to apply too much or apply it a bit off target. This product is so forgiving. Swipe it on and you instantly look amazing.This is my go to blush. It looks great with all types of looks. The only time I revert to standard blush is on certain evenings or special events when I want to amp up my cheek color. In that case I'll usually use a neutral blush and add a pop of high intensity color. But you can layer blush with the shimmer brick for a similar effect.This shimmer brick is one of my favorite Bobbi products. More than a blush, this shimmer brick will truly enhances the light within you.

I absolutely LOVE this product. I seem to collect a lot of make-up throughout the year, constantly shifting all of my daily products around, but this compact is always, always there! It is the perfect "icing on the cake" for your cheeks. I recommend putting on foundation first, then rouge, and finally this shimmer- it really makes the rouge underneath it pop, and adds nice dimension to your look. I love the rose shimmer brick. I loved the look of these when they first came out, but certainly did not overlook them as of late. I wanted something that had a beautiful rose color to my fair skin, but I always loved the glowing look of the makeup when I saw it on. The key is, you can go as heavy or as light you want on the shimmer, and the complimentary shades make it wonderful if you just lightly brush over or circle over all of the colors. I love it!!

This time I bought the Rose Shimmer and like the color medly on my skin better than the Bronze. Nothing beats Shimmer Brick for glowing cheek color.

I have three shimmer bricks and they all look the same.I wish they were more color pigmentated.They are nice used lightly for a soft glow but IMO you really only need one. I can not tell the difference between them color wise.

Bought this while replacing my current cosmetic bag. I love the colors! Very shimmery and great variations on pink! I do find that you have to apply more than once to get good color. Otherwise, it seems to disappear on my skin. It might just be me...but I do love the colors and wear it alot!

The description is spot-on: "This shimmering, brush-on powder creates a soft, rosy glow." Just the right amount of shimmer, just the right amount of pink, and I love how pretty the brick looks :) It's not really a true blush though - more soft shimmer and faint color. For more and long-lasting color, I would first use a plain blush and then wash the Shimmer Brick over it for some healthy glow and rosy pink.The Shimmer Brick also doubles as eyeshadow, just brush some over your eyelids for a really natural, young, fresh and glowing face.Point taken off for the price :( It costs the same amount as blush + eyeshadow, but it is not the size of both products combined.

This is the first shimmer brick that I have tried and I love it. It gives just the right amount of shimmer, not glowing, but a subtle diffused sort of shimmer, similar to a photo finish on a quality picture. It blends with my blush and just enhances it. I also like it on my eyes for highlights.

I know I do! This is my first shimmer brick and it won't be my last; I want to try the new beach shade next! I think it gives a youthful touch to the face. I use it with the blender brush, not every day, but when I want a bit of an extra touch high on my cheekbones. This colour would look natural on almost any skin tone.

A friend asked for this for her birthday, so I ordered it for her. I had been wondering about shimmer bricks myself, but had read some reviews online that said that they were too "glittery" for day, when I was looking more for that glowing look. When the brick came, I opened it just to take a peek; this, of course, was like opening pandora's box, and somehow I ended up applying it to my cheeks! On top of my guilty flush, it looked beautiful: not "glittery" as the negative reviews suggested, but rather it imparted that youthful glow I was looking for without making my pores or imperfections on my cheeks stand out. What a great product! I will be ordering another one for my friend toute suite!

I love the Shimmer Bricks. In addition to Rose, I also have Beach, Platinum Pink, and Pink Quartz. While they all offer subtle changes in tone, it is still enough to tweak whatever look I'm working with. Rose is extremely finely milled and wears as a very subtle pinkish shimmer. It can be used as a subtle shimmer blush on it's own, or as a layer of gentle pink shimmer over any blush. Rose is slightly pinker and a deeper well, rose tone, in comparison to Platinum Pink. Compared with Pink Quartz, Rose is a true pink-rose tone, whereas Pink Quartz has some beige tones added into the light pink shimmer. I wear Rose over pretty much any blush and it adds a slight soft pink cast, it doesn't deepen the blush and the shimmer never looks ashy. Lately I've been loving it over my Pale Pink Pot Rouge. The formula is concentrated, the tiniest touch of your brush onto the brick goes a long way. Whereas other shimmer products I've used have given a metallic sheen to my cheeks, looking very fake, the shimmer on this is subtly dispersed enough that my entire cheek doesn't shine. I have combo/oily skin and I never feel too "shiny" as I have with other shimmer products in the past. You can use the individual bars for a deeper rose tone and the white, top bar as a brow highlight. This is indispensable, it really adds that extra something to your look. I'm looking forward to trying more colors.

This has been my all time favorite brush/highlighter, the quality is amazing, the colors are beautiful, and it's gives your face a natural, healthy glow without giving any loud sparkles like some other highlighters by other brands. I love how this product works both for eyes and cheeks, but it's a bit too sheer to use as an intense eyeshadow, it's best to be used to brighten up the eyelid/brow bone/inner corner areas.

I've been using this Shimmer Brick for more than 6 years, and I love it. I use it on my eyes and get more compliments than for any other color. I usually pair it with the violet ink gel liner and sweep the lightest color along my brow bone, use the pinks on my eye lids and the tan color in the crease. It creates such a pretty, glowy look. I've got "sleepy" eyes (and always have) and it really wakes them up. I don't use it as a blush as much because it's a little too pink for my already rosy cheeks, but that's not to say that there's any flaw in the product.LOVE IT! I don't know what I would do if it was discontinued!

This product is beautiful and versatile you can use as an eyeshadow, a highlighter and a blush. It gives the skin a beautiful pink glow. The slight downside is that the pigments are bigger so your skin has to be very clear specially around the cheeks. The larger pigments and high shine puts extra emphasis on pores making them look larger. It shows up on tan skin

I have this in Rose and Bronze. I LOOOVE them!!! I wear them every day. Rose when I'm going heavier on the blush; Bronze when I'm going heavier on the bronzer. I seriously now feel undone w/o the slight, gorgeous shimmer these impart upon my cheekbones. Maybe a tiny bit down the bridge of the nose. They are also BEAUTIFUL long wearing eyeshadows (I use bronze mostly for that and it brings out the green in my hazel eyes. Use a primer if you have oily eyelids like me.). The white stripe is an excellent brow highlighter. You can layer for more impact or just a slight layer for subtle daytime shimmer - never looks like an overdone disco ball. I use a small, tapered blush brush for these. I do not see hitting pan anytime in the next few years as you get A LOT of product and use so little. I actually get compliments on the luminosity of my skin. I highly recommend these to anyone. If they're good enough for Duchess Kate, they're good enough for yours truly!!! :)

Rose is one of three shimmer bricks that I use regularly. It looks beautiful over pink blushes, and like all of Bobbi's shimmer bricks, it's so easy to apply. I was afraid that I would look like a fool the first time I used shimmer bricks, but they are just the right amount of shimmer to give that "lit from within" glow. The bonus is that the individual bars can be used for eye shadow!

I have used the shimmer brick before and really love it. The rose was a little rosy for me so I exchanged it for nectar...perfect! This is not as pigmented as the powder blush but gives a soft, sheer color with a hint of highlights. I use it over the pot rouge in pale melon and it is perfect.
