I've been using this eye-makeup remover for a couple months and what a great product it is! It cleanse off the waterproof mascara and eye shadow or any other eye makeup completely. The texture and the smell of it are also very pleasant. As a contact lens wearer it doesn't bother eyes at all. Also the bottle is great and it's small enough to carry for travel and it doesn't leak or anything.

As a woman with oily skin, I wear waterproof mascara and eyeliner so I'm not all smudgy by the end of the day. However, the only way to clean my eyes at night is by using a make-up remover. This is my favorite! There are lots of options out there, but Bobbi's remover is the only one that doesn't leave the area around my eyes greasy and slick. My make-up slides right off without pulling or tugging. It's even good to remove lipstick and lipliner!

Only want to say: this is the best remover I ever get! I love the idea of this oil and water remover. It can easily remove the stubborn waterproof eyeliner only by slightly wiping out. The ingredients are quite gentle. Even some liquids run into my eye, I did not feel anything at all. I have combination skin. However it surprisingly does not break me out while it gives me an extra moisturizing. Absolutely amazing. I strongly recommend it!

This is a nice dual phase, silicone based makeup remover similar to others on the market. This one works well and is also fragrance free (unlike many others) for those who are sensitive.I personally prefer my cleanser to do both face & eye makeup removal for fewer steps/products & Bobbi's new cleansing oil is great - it does have fragrance but I have no issues with that. Her Extra cleansing balm is also nice (also fragranced) and while it removes my regular eye makeup, it didn't take off my waterproof mascara as well as this remover or the cleansing oil.

I was convinced that nobody could change my mind about the make-up remover I used, but I wasn`t too happy about the after-feeling of it. So I decided to try this product, which was highly recommended to me. The first night, I just put some on a cotton pad and rested the pad on my eyes for a while. It was almost like the make-up was transferred from my eyes onto the cotton pad. And I never have a greasy feeling after I remove my make-up. And unlike other products, the rest of my eye make-up doesn`t come off when I wash my face. I also love the bottle. The cap is locked, so no chance of spilling!

This takes off eye makeup faster than anything I've ever used. I used to think that nothing could be quicker than baby oil to take off long lasting eye makeup products.....was I ever wrong! I once tried another top-name remover/cleanser that looked similar to this (you also had to shake it before using) but Bobbi's is SOOOO different and works SOOOO much better. Seeing is believing!!!

I received this as a sample. It did a great job removing my eye makeup AND it effectively washed the allergies from my itchy eyes. Before, I'd remove makeup with another product and if I had itchy eyes, wash my eyes with Baby Shampoo. Now I just use the Instant Long-Wear Makeup remover! And my eyelashes look great the next day. I have been using lots of make-up removers of many brands already. This is the most effective one for me. It takes off make up really quickly and works for all make ups I have. However, it is a little bit too rich for me to apply. I hope it's only my feeling. I need to wash my face after using it. Otherwise my skin will be too oily. But it is a good product!

This remover works especially well on the eyeliner. Also if you make a mistake just dip a Qtip in the bottle and swab the mistake off. I use my hand to mix the eyeliner before I put it on my eyelid so the remover gets used daily. Just reordered. Lasts a long time also.

I use this eye makeup remover exclusively. No matter what you are wearing, it will take care of it. Although Bobbi carries another eye makeup remover, if you wear any long-wear products at all--just buy this one.You don't need much. Moisten a cotton pad and hold it up to your eye to dissolve the makeup. Repeat on the other eye. Flip it over to remover any residual product. All done!

I use all of the Long-Wear products daily, and this makeup remover is a must. It effectively and gently removes all traces of my Long Wear gel liner, cream eyeshadow and no-smudge mascara. It only takes a little bit on a cotton ball to remove all of my eye makeup. Also works great for quick touch ups on a q-tip. I initially started using this product in sample form. When I ran out of the sample, I briefly tried using my prior eye makeup remover with very poor results. Highly recommend.

This is hands down a staple in my makeup wardrobe. As the many reviews state, this eye makeup remover is stupid easy to use and takes everything off with a swipe of a cotton pad. What I also like and may not have been mentioned is that the opening of the container has one of those little plastic inserts inside with a smaller hole to 'shake' out the liquid onto cotton pad. You are in control of the outcome; you never have an accident of being heavy handed and spilling too much out. I bought another brand that looked identical to BB, big mistake. I hate using it b/c it is hard to control and not user-friendly if you're in a hurry or half asleep. So the BB product AND the bottle design is a win-win combination.

I have used many different eye makeup removers claiming to be gentle and all have made my eyes sting, turn red and burn. I really love the eye makeup remover but when I ran out I decided to give this a try - it removes any makeup super well, but it feels a little greasy to me. After using it I rinse my face but then I need a toner to remove the residue (I'm also using it on my whole face, not just eye area). I like it and will use the rest, but I like the eye makeup remover better. All bobbi's products do exactly what they say they will which is great!

This make up remover is fantastic. I have very sensitive and delicate skin so I'm very careful about what I use on it. I just put a small amount of this remover on a cotton ball, soak it on my closed eyes for a few seconds, make one swipe on each eye and that's it... the gel eyeliner, cream eyeshadow, and mascara are all gone. There's no tugging on the super delicate eye area and no residue left behind and all my eyelashes are intact! I would buy this in a gallon size if it was offered.

I tried the Regular Eye Makeup Remover by Bobbi Brown and still had some issues getting the Long-Wear Eye Makeup completely off. But , I, am so glad that I decided to try Bobbi's Instant Long-Wear Makeup Remover. Worth EVERY penney. A couple swipes with a cotton pad...and for the 1st time...eye makeup all gone with the benefit of the conditioning properties of the product. I don't mind paying more for this SUPERIOR product...the 1st one I have found that takes off water-resistant eye makeup & Mascara and leaves all my lashes & that is important to me and it is a truly Awesome product!

This is by far the best makeup remover I have ever used. As a contact lens wearer, I'm prone to eye irritation when using anything around my eyes, but this remover doesn't irritate, and effortlessly removes all makeup without leaving any oiliness. Just one swipe over my eyelids completely removes my BB gel eyeliner, shadow, and mascara. I've been using BB products for a while, but only recently switched makeup removers, and I'm so glad I did!

Best product I've used so far for instant eye makeup removal. Is a tad bit oily, but I suppose that's to be expected. First time purchasing, so I'll see how long the bottle lasts! However, I was blowing through the $7 drugstore bottles, and still felt dissatisfied, so I suppose if it works well, $23 is not too expensive.

I use this cleanser to remove the long-wear gel eyeliner with a Q-tip and it works really well. No tugging whatsoever and very gentle on the eye area. Just need to be cautious to use sparingly to prevent forming a greasy film over your eyes.

The reason I gave it four stars is because it needs a bigger luxury size and I wouldn't say this is an 'instant' eye makeup remover because I have to rub the makeup off my eye a couple of times to get everything off. I wear waterproof mascara and eyeliner. This seemed to make my eyelashes grow. :) Please make a bigger size in this, then I would definitely buy this for the rest of my life but for now, I'm sticking to something that has a little more for the same price.

I thought that this makeup remover was going to be like any other drugstore brand makeup remover. I figured, it's all the same. I was so wrong. I was wearing the long-wear cream eyeshadow along with the long-wear gel eyeliner. I removed the makeup on one eye with another brand's makeup remover (very popular drugstore brand) and I had to scrub a while. I removed the eye makeup with Bobbi's makeup remover on the other eye, and I just had to wipe a cotton ball across my eye and the makeup dissolved with only a few swipes. I could not believe it. This is most definitely a higher quality product.

Just like my title says its the best I have ever used. The eye makeup removers I have used in the past all seem cheap and heavy compared to this one. The other products I used to use left my skin sticky and oily. I also would wake up with little zits around my eyes and nose because of the heavy oil used in the product to remove water proof makeup. Bobbis does not feel that way and washes off so clean when you cleanse your face.
