This new product comes in six shades. I have fair, cool toned skin and have tried the white and the peach powders. The white brightens my complexion while the peach adds warmth. These powders are very finely milled and go on translucent, not chalky. They impart a soft, matte finish. Very natural looking. I imagine these powders will look great on photo shoots. I got the two new powder brushes also, a dome shaped brush for sheer coverage and a more densely packed round brush for a more polished look.

When I saw this product I just had to have it! I have very dry skin and I'm over 50, though, so I first consulted with one of the great online artists to make sure this was a good product for me.I have a lot of red tones in my skin and the yellow Retouching Powder made an immediate difference for me. Because of my very dry skin, the online artist recommended I order the "sheer powder brush", which is a larger version of the eye blender brush. The powder did not settle in any of the fine lines of my face and is completely invisible! Very nice effect! Bravo!

The retouching powders are incredible once you find the correct shade for your skin. I wear warm sand in Bobbi's foundation or Light in the BB Cream. The rose retouching powder was too much color for me to wear all over, but would make a pretty blush for those with fair to light skin. The yellow showed up really yellow on me and I looked really washed out. Then I tried the white and was blown away by the result. It really gives you that airbrushed look and controls oil very well. I highly recommend this product, just be patient and keep trying until you find the correct shade for you.

I went to my local BB counter today to get swatched for the new Retouching Powder and found one I love.....Peach! I have some redness and some yellow tones to my skin so I thought I would need the yellow or pink but the peach shade was the winner. The powder is light and airy and really gives my skin a lovely finish. I would also reccomend the two new powder brushes that just came out. They pick up just the right amount of powder with no messy fallout.

I have dry skin and worry about powders drying and falling into lines. I was so pleased when this arrived. The powder is finely milled and let as air to apply. I do recommend purchasing the powder brushes with it. It makes your skin look finished and healthy. Do resist this if you own a shimmer brick because this is in a whole different family. This will not add shimmer.

I have both the "peach" and the "rose" . I used the peach shade Thursday morning and what it a huge difference it made in the appearance of my skin. The foundation I use already illuminates me without the shimmer or glitter but this powder just took it up a notch. Used in conjunction with the brush for sheer application this little gem actually diffused a few faint scars that I refuse to cover-up with concealer. And it made for a smooth application of my powder blush and highlighter. By the late afternoon my make-up still looked fresh and and bright. My only complaint about this is the amount of product you receive. I wish it contained a least 1 oz of product instead of .16oz. Since I have two I'm sure I won't barrel thru it very quickly but to see the size of product in person was quite a shocker. Regardless of the negative I definitely think this will be a mainstay product in my collection.

I really wanted to like this, as I've been looking for a lightweight/sheer powder for retouching. However, this didn't deliver for me. It just made my skin look a little dull and white-ish. I have light/medium complexion, so I bought the pink and the recommended powder brush. I do love the brush however.

I bought this powder in the Rose shade. Just lovely. I put it on with a large, soft brush, mostly across the middle section of my face, from cheeks to mid-forehead. Somehow it makes my skin look even smoother over my powder and gives my complexion a healthy-looking glow. Really nice product. It's going in my permanent stable of makeup faves.

I bought this as a replacement for the Pale Yellow loose powder I used to use. (Not the sheer finish formula). It is just OK and I really don't see how it's different from the regular powder. It's a smaller size and more money but not worth it too me. I've been a BB user for many years and I am just not seeing a lot of value in the products anymore.

I am very pleased with this retouching powder. I apply it lightly after applying my foundation. It is completely invisible. I did get it in pink because I am very fair with pink undertones. I do apply it with a fan brush, but you really don't need much to see it work its magic. A winning product.

This powder is amazing. I bought this powder in the peach and rose colors. The colors do exactly what the descriptions said; peach adds warmth, while rose adds a rosy tone to my complexion. (I use cool beige in BB foundations for reference). I also use the peach color under my eyes as the finishing powder after putting on BB corrector/concealer. I feel this hides my dark circles better then the yellow powder that comes with the concealer. Really, I'm loving this stuff; thank you Bobbi!

This retouching powder is the best product of it's type that Ive ever used. A BBMAU @ Lord & Taylor used this one me in "Peach" all over my face and the result was amazing. She had me hold a mirror & watch as she dusted this powder on my face. It did look like magic as I saw the edges of my blush blend & soften & everything just softened and blended together . The result was my makeup looked soft,blended and totally natural. There were no visible lines or edges where my blush started & stopped. It was totally amazing how this powder just made everything look so soft,blended & natural! I tried it @ home w/th the same result & I'm no makeup artist! I bought the full coverage brush too that she used & plan to get the light coverage brush as well as the right tool helps. The brush is great. I definitely will recommend these products to others & have ordered the pink, yellow (for all over), and use the "rose & pink" for just on my blush as the MAU suggested for my skin tone. She said I can wear pink,peach,yellow rose & white according to the shade chart. I will never be w/thout this product based on the results & look I got, it looked like a MAU did my make up! This product makes it so easy & fool proof to blend ,soften, & totally pull whole look together & get professional results!

I love this powder, it makes my skin look flawless. Every time I have it on, my mom looks at me and says she can tell - my skin looks like porcelain. My only complaint is that the container is dinky, for the price I was expecting something a bit larger. My next purchase will probably be one of the recommended brushes that go with the powder. I'm using the face blending brush and I think it uses too much so I put it on sparsely. For the price - I treat it like gold!

I'm a big fan of new things, so when I saw the retouching powder, I knew I had to try it. My skin is very fair and can be red. I debated getting the light yellow to tone down the redness, but with this dry winter air, I really needed some illumination. So I went with the white powder.Don't let it intimidate you! It goes on light and bright but not shiny. There's no weird gray cast or strange shimmer. Your skin just looks a little less flat.I use it at the end to blend my blush and bronzing powder so I have nice cheekbones set off by pretty skin. It's a good product and I recommend you try it!

I am a very fair skinned brunette. I ordered the white powder, per Chat with an Artist recommendation. The powder is really beautiful. Finely milled, not too powdery looking on the skin, silky, smooth, everything a good powder should be. During the winter I have normal to dry skin, and it didn't accentuate any dryness. But, I returned it. The reason being, I just could not see that big of a difference from my regular loose powder. Its worth a try if you need loose powder or like color correctors. But for me, it just wasn't worth the price.

These retouching powders should really be called "perfecting powders". Put OVER your setting powder (these are not for setting a look because of the particle shape and varying sizes), they really perfect the overall look of your skin without drastically changing the way you look. I am a 3.5 Cool Beige in just about every foundation formulation (set with loose pale yellow powder), and I love the yellow for my face, with a hint of pink or rose over my cheeks to enhance my blush. I was skeptical at first, but after playing with them for awhile, I am hooked! A quick note: the color you use on your face should disappear into your skin. If you are a true porcelain, you can wear white. Otherwise, a normally fair person (I am pale like a 1 or a 2, but have so much pink that I go to a 3.5) should probably choose the yellow. I recommend application with the sheer powder brush, since it will give you just a light dusting of the retouching powder.

Wow, what a difference! I was using another finishing powder and it was dulling the appearance of my foundation. I decided to give BB Retouching Powder a try; the difference is amazing! I use BB Mineral Foundation (powder), which provides much better coverage than other similar products. After applying the Retouching Powder, it covered the "shininess" while leaving a more natural glow to my skin. Due to age (55+), I need products that will conceal without leaving my skin looking dull; this product surpassed my expectations. For a quick fix, I've, even, used this product alone to perk up my skin tone.

I am a sand (2) foundation and I bought this product in pink. I love the way it polishes the whole look by blending away all of the edges of my makeup. The powder itself is very finely milled, but it doesn't settle into pores or fine lines as I thought it might. I use the full coverage brush to apply this powder, and the result is radiant skin. I can't wait to try some of the other shades.

This is not your ordinary powder! I finally received my peach last week and it is now a must use every day. It really is lighter than other powders and just makes your skin have a nice finish without any powdery feel or look. Many people have complimented me in the last week so it is certainly looks better to other people too. I wear warm beige foundation and the peach is just perfect. Also, I got a sample of the Rose from my local BB counter and it works awesome over my blush and makes my checks feels and look as soft as the rest of my face. Well done Bobbi! I know it is a smaller container and is pricey, but I don't think I will ever do without it again.

The retouching powder is like having a professional artist in my makeup bag. It does what it promises: blends, softens, highlights, brightens and polishes - all without looking like powder. I use Yellow with Skin Natural (04) and even in direct sun I can't see makeup - just my skin's natural texture. I'm curious about the effect I will achieve with some of the colors and I plan to add a couple more to my collection. I apply Retouching Powder with the Full Coverage brush.

I have the retouching powder in both the pink and rose colors. They are both wonderful when applied with a small floppy blush brush to blend out blush, fill in the patchy areas, and make everything beautifully (not chalky) matte. They are expensive but worth it! They are my new favorite makeup item from any brand! These powders seem to make my skin look perfect (and my skin is FAR from perfect)!
