This product has been available in some retail store for a while now, but I often have trouble finding it. It is a fantastic base for powder shadows, but it is also a great look all by itself. Without any makeup, my eyes look very tired and my eyelids are discolored. For an easy, at home day, I use it on my lids along with Bobbi's Tinted Eye Brightener and a little bit of Tinted Moisturizer, Bronzer, and mascara and I can go pretty much anywhere and nobody knows it took me just 5 minutes to put my makeup on.

Great idea but not there yet
Hopefully she adjusted the formula and it is better than version 1.0 ...which I found to be just too drying and mattifuing... yes, even after regular nightly moisturizing (and regular exfoliation) of lids. The idea, though, is great.

I found some some pros and cons with this product. This base is a lightweight gel-to-powder formula which is easy to apply with the doe foot applicator. Packaging is very nice and compact. So once applied, the product dries to a powder finish and makes the skin surface feel silky but it does not have any coverage that could even out discolorations of the lids. It does make powder eye shadow stay on longer. My main issue is that it makes the skin on my eye lids look dry and crepey, even when I apply only the tiniest amount. The creepiness adds years to my eyes, and they are not crepey by themselves, when I don't apply this product. So since it does prolong the wear of eyeshadows I recommend checking this out for very young skins, otherwise it may be best to try before you buy.
