I have used this bronzer in both the light and medium colors and have to say this is my favorite bronzer. I have been using it for years and have always replaced it as soon as it runs out. I use the light color in the winter and change to the medium in the summer when I have more color. I like my makeup to look natural, and I have always used this product instead of blush.

I have used the bronzing powder for many years - really, when it first came out. It is probably the product I use the most after lip color - if I am just running to the gym or store it gives a boost of color and life. I have left it at home when traveling and had to buy something else quick at a drug store and nothing is as natural as your powder. The colors are great and I change a bit with the seasons. I love that I can add color without the damaging effects of the sun, clogging my pores or risking a bad coverage of self tanner. It feels very light.

I usually use Bare Escentuals foundation, but there faux tan bronzer seems too orange and the texture is not as silky and sometime ends up looking blotchy. I have been using Bobbi Brown's Bronzing Powder in Medium for years and absolutely love it! When I brush it on my face, it blends into my skin so well and gives me a natural looking glow. It lasts all day and I use it all year round. Being an ER nurse, I am constantly running around at work and sometimes get a little sweaty. I am a cool-toned, fair, blue-eyed blonde. Bronzing powder is important as I am fair but can also be sooo wrong due to my paleness. Bobbi's bronzing powder is awesome due to its matte finish as well as its blendability. When she came out with her "natural" shade -- well, I found my Holy Grail! What Bobbi figured out and I came to understand is that simply being a bronzer for light skin only works for those with a warm tone. If you are fair with a cool tone, that is another ball game. Bobbi Brown has come up with the perfect answer. My search is over and that is saying alot because I have been searching for well, decades! No more --- this cannot be improved upon.

It also lasts for a long time. The only crticism I have is as it gets close to being used up, the outside rim breaks away and you loose that portion of the product. Although I wanted to look "sun-kissed", I was hesitant to purchase this product fearing it would be too heavy or too dark for my fair skin.I should not have worried. The bronzing powder just gives me a glow. I apply it using a bronzing powder brush (check out Bobbi's brushes). The powder blends beautifully; the powder brush deposits just the right amount.I apply it at my hair line across the bridge of my nose on my checks and on my chin.Voila! the glow of a tan without the sun damage.

This is by far the best bronzer I have ever used. Other bronzers have more of a loose powder consistancy don't stick to the brush It provides excellent, natural coverage for that sun kissed look. It does not rub off on clothes nor does it fade or streak while wearing it. I use this product all year long....in the summer by itself and in the winter on top of light foundation.

I love my bronzing powders. I have 2 different colors. I use them both and sometimes even mix them together. Everyone loves my "fresh sunny glow". I've been accused of using a sun tan bed and I tell my friends at work that I owe it all to my Bobbi Brown bronzing powder. I don't use any other makeup underneath and I'm 52! And if I do say so myself, I don't look 52(whatever that is supposed to look like ) because no one at work has guessed that I'm one of the oldest in the group! This is such a great bronzer! Starting from the packaging: a beautiful sleek black compact, perfert for on-the-go. For me, this bronzer is a must have all year around. No need to get a darker foundation shade during the summer. It's very lightweight and it gives a healthy tan touch without looking artificial or orange. Not chalcky. I've never used bronzer before -- I always thought it was weird. But the last time I was at the Bobbi Brown counter, the lady convinced me to buy one and try it. Lucky for me she did :) I am very fair, so I tried the Light tone. Even that is significantly darker than my skin, but I have found it is _lovely_ as a cheekbone highlighter. Last summer, in spite of wearing sunscreen, I acquired a light tan but I was still wearing my usual foundation shade. A Bobbi Brown makeup artist strategically brushed this bronzer on my face where the sun would hit it. She used the Natural color and I immediately bought it. It saved me from having to buy a darker foundation. I prefer matte bronzers to shimmer bronzers, because they look more realistic. The Natural shade has a bit of rose in it, making it look like the color you would get from the sun.

The biggest endorsement I can give Bobbi's bronzing powders is the color - a true, brown-based tan tone. Not orange! I use the light, which looks intensely pigmented in the pot, but is actually rather sheer when applied with the blender brush after tapping off excess (very important). The texture is very lightweight, and like the matte eyeshadow, this product is very finely milled for a smooth application. Use a light hand on dry skin and build to the desired depth. Don't forget your neck!

My skin tone is olive, and I find that the Natural works the best for me. Really beautiful without looking overdone. I use the new bronzer brush, and swipe over my cheek bones, and my forehead, one swipe on my nose and chin. I always use less and add more if I think I need it. I usually add a pop of blush and swipe the shimmer brick over the cheek.I have the illuminating bronzers, and they are beautiful too!!!

This is the best bronzer I've ever tried, and I've tried a few. I'm fair as you can see...Not the fairest, but a Warm Ivory in the cooler months and Sand or Beige when I’ve had some sun. Every other bronzer I have tried has made me look slightly dirty, orange, or sometimes...nothing at all.The first time I had a makeover at a BB counter, the makeup artist felt I needed some warmth. She used the Medium. I asked her why, and she said that the "Light" could be too yellow, and the Natural was for fair skinned girls with pinker undertones. She was right on this one at least during the winter months. When I’m slightly tan…the Light looks really good. Gives me a golden glow.I never have to be careful with this bronzer...It is so tightly packed. It just gives me the extra oomph I need, and I don't have that fake look that all my other bronzers used to give me. Just a nice tint (as BB says) for the skin.Give it a try. I think you'll pleased. I use this bronzer almost every day all over my face, emphasizing where the sun hits, and down my neck (which is always lighter than my face). I have walked out with just the bronzer, but I love to pop it with a bright blush…like Pale Pink or Nectar. It’s a very subtle effect that makes my skin look really youthful and gives me some color:)HTHs:)

This bronzer gives skin a beautiful glow. I have olive skin and many would say I do not need a bronzer because I have enough color. This may be true but at times my skin looks dull and this bronzer gives it an instant natural pop of color. I especially like this bronzer because it does not have a shimmery look. Instead it has a nice matte look which in my opinion helps give it that natural and warm look.

I have said for years: the problem with bronzers in general is sellers "figure" that everyone using bronzer will want amber undertones; in North America most have COOL or pink undertones. So while bronzers were nice, they created a dilemma. Once the tan was on, the cool toned makeup colors just wouldn't work. Well not after Bobbi and her range of bronze powders. Pink skin tones get ready--buy Natural bronzer and get dressed!! And the other shades in this range are more neutral than orange, and so pleasant to use.

I am now sorry, because this bronzer in Light (I am very fair!) gives my skin just a little shot of warm color, and applied sparingly over my neck and just below my jawline makes me look healthy and radiant. Another bonus? This is the FIRST bronzer that didn't give me a 'dirty' faced look. I have tried others in the past and they made me look almost unwashed! This one is very nice.

After dusting powder over my tinted moisturizer, I apply the bronzing powder, and finish with a little blush on top. I love this because it helps add dimension and some color to my face. I recently had my makeup done at a BB event and was very impressed with the results, using the BB bronzing powder in light.It was very subtle, not obvious at all; but it definitely made a difference in my appearance. The MUA used the older bronzing brush which is the one I have, and she showed me how to apply it with a light hand. She also did my neck which I never would have thought of.Overall a nice effect. This is apparently the result of wearing sun screen/makeup w/sunscreen. This is my go to in Medium, which isn't as deep as I had originally thought. The shade was recommended by a BB MUA and gives me a sheer, healthy lift to cheeks, bridge of my nose, and forehead. Stays on well, since once I have applied my makeup in the morning I have no chance to touch up during the day, so I look as good at 4pm as I did first thing in the morning. You don't need a lot to make you look like you came in from a power walk outdoors.

I wanted just comment on how I love this product. I was given my first bobbi brown as a gift and loved it. I then bought other brands to try out but the finish and color where never the good enough. The only store that carried Bobbi Brown make up is a far drive and a inconvience to get to so when I would run out I would just purchase another product at a nearby department store or pharmacy. Those products never worked out and I would be so disappointed that I would purchase another and another leaving the products piling up barely unused. I would purchase a Bobbi Brown bronzer whenever I was in the area of the store that carried it. I purchased the golden light shade since it was the lightest bronzer shade BB had. It looks amazingly natural! I look like I have a healthy "glow." My face looks healthier and more radiant. I am really impressed with this product! It was recommended to me by a friend who said it was the best on the market and I totally agree. I have a medium complexion with freckles (but living in Australia I am often tanned) and got this product in Medium 2 which suits my skin perfectly. It is not orange, and gives you a beautiful golden glow without looking like you have specifically used bronzer. You can also layer it to create a richer colour if you need. When applied with bronzer brush or large blush brush to your cheekbones it blends into your skin absolutely beautifully! Perfect colour and silky smooth perfect application. Great for anyone looking to create a glow, or highlight their own!

I purchased this bronzer as recommended by a Bobbi Brown makeup artist to add a little more color to my neck and chest areas. After hiding under turtlenecks all winter, there is a definite difference in the color between my face and neck/chest. I was a little concerned at first because I'd never even thought of using a bronzer before. What in the world was I afraid of?!?!? It works perfectly. At first, I thought the color may have been a little too dark for me, but it works just fine. I don't need too much, just a little to bring out the darker tones of my complexion (I use the dark color). Since this bronzer does not have a shimmer or glow to it, it's not even noticeable. Now, I think I might try one of the shimmer bricks for body after this bronzer experience.

I have never used bronzer before. I decided to give it a try and purchased the "Natural" shade on recommendation at the B.B. counter. I was worried it might be too dark, but it's great! The lighter shade probably would have been too subtle. It gives me a nice summer glow as I don't really like to tan my face much in the summer and it helps me get a bit of a sun-kissed look without looking dirty or streaky. Apply with a slight hand. This creates the perfect face tan. I recently switched from a popular minerals makeup (used it 8 years non stop) to the new BB foundation natural finish in warm natural. I am asian and tan very easily in the summer, however, I always keep SPF 30 on my face. I needed to "summerize" my foundation because the next darker shade was way too dark. I purchased the dark and the medium not knowing which would work the best for me. I am keeping them both. The dark was a little too much to use all over my face, but as a blush it is fantastic. The medium bronzer is beautiful and natural. Looks like a perfect tan. I am so pleased that I can now keep one foundation and just adjust as needed.

I didn't even think I needed something like this, and I wasn't entirely sure how to use it. After a little guidance from the online MA, I got the hang of it. This is a fantastic product! It adds just a touch of color to my face and gives me the healthy tanned look. Be warned, though, even the lightest color in this is DARK. Like really dark. I freaked when I saw it, but it goes on so light that it's perfect. It's not orange or glittery, just a nice matte brown that makes me look sunkissed. Love this!

Since my Mom doesn't use much makeup, I knew she was onto something here. I went and purchased this today after months of waiting (had to use up my other ones first!!) and I am thrilled. This bronzer looks so natural; it is incredible. It gives your face definition without the "make-up look". Most men prefer women with a natural no-makeup look -- did you know that?? I really like the bronzer. I use it everyday not only to give me a bit of color but to do a little contouring. I'm a really pale asian and saw a youtube korean video about makeup application and they used this bronzer in a 3 shape on each side of the face to give it a bit of contouring and that's what I've been doing. It's not very easy to find a natural bronzer that is flat so that you can use it all over the face, but this is a great one. I then use the beach shimmer brick to add a bit of highlight on the top of my cheek bones.

I give this product 3 starts in comparison with its counterpart, the Illuminating Bronzing Powder. I have combination/oily skin so when I ran out of my first compact of Illuminating Bronzing Powder (which lasted a good 9 months!) I decided to try the matte bronzing powder since it didn't consist of shimmer. Bad decision. This brozer just gave my skin a kind of "blah" color washed look. I felt that it looked much more orange and didn't offer the subtle glow. This might be a great product for some people, but I definitely wasn't wild about it. I sent it back after trying to make it work and got a second compact of the Illuminating Bronzer.

Love the natural look it creates. As a woman over 40, the shimmer that most bronzers add to their powder makes me look older as they reflect light in all the wrong spots. Not Bobbi's bronzer which is matte and very natural looking. I think it will be a great year round bronzer in color, although I may need to go a little darker for the summer. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and just love Bobbi's natural colors!

I bought this bronzer in the medium shade per the advice of an online make up artist and it works perfectly (FYI I wear the beige color in foundation). It gives a nice, subtle, natural color to my face. It doesn't have any shimmer or glitter to it, in case that isn't your cup of iced coffee. The first time my boyfriend saw me with it on, he asked me if I had been sitting out in the sun. A very nice finely milled powder that blends very nicely into the skin. I definitely recommend!

Enough said!Bobbi's bronzers are as naturally flattering as her lipsticks and foundation shades -- they look like exactly what they're meant to: The sun.Bronzers always intimidate me -- always looks like scary orange powder about ten shades of wrong... But BB's bronzers become lovely light on me instead. There's no creepy orange anywhere, just a diffuse radiance.There's a whole array of pretty bronzed goldens... The powder is light and feels airy. A light touch is all you need here too, as with the shimmer bricks. Careful -- it's easy to go too far with this pretty quickly. Take a good look and think about it before you lay down that third or fourth swipe with the brush.A compact will probably last two years! And it's matte on the face, not shimmery at all.

I was reluctant to try the bronzer--because other bronzers that I have tried tend to make me look like I have a "sallow" complexion. This one is no different even though I purchased it in a light color that the customer service rep recommended. I use it sparingly on forhead, nose, chin--but, still do not like the look. Let me start by saying that I am fair and have never been able to wear bronzers without looking dirty/muddy or orange. Nothing ever looked natural on my fair/cool skin. At a recent trip to a Bobbi Counter, the makeup artist applied the Bronzing Powder in the shade Golden Light to the areas of my face where the sun would hit and then popped my cheeks with Pale Pink Blush (a favorite of mine). I could not believe how natural this bronzing powder looked on my skin! Not dirty or muddy and not a tinge of orange--just fresh and glowing!! The powder applies beautifully-only need a tap on the brush to achieve the look-but it is buildable if you prefer a darker 'tanned' look. I have been using this every day since I got it and absolutely will never be without it!! Bobbi nailed it with this product!!!

The Bronzing Powder shade I purchased was Golden Light. My hair is brunette, eyes are green, skin is fair. When I opened the case I thought I got the wrong color...it looked very dark. Putting very little powder on the brush and then brushing on cheeks, neck, nose and forehead, the effect was really very subtle and pleasing. I could never have put this on without the Bronzer Brush I splurged on...absolutely necessary. Until a year ago I never even owned any kind of makeup brush. I am a complete convert (at age 57!)

Im 56 and first bought this when I was 54. I use it everyday and it lasted 2 years! The technician matched the color to my face and it is so natural looking I cant believe it. I live in Florida, but even in winter, when there isnt always much sun, I get compliments on how "tanned" I am. The trick is finding the best match, and Brown technicians are wonderful and patient.

At first I didn't know what to make of this bronzer. As I was applying, I felt I wasn't seeing enough color show up on my face. Not wanting to overdo it, I applied as I normally would and left the house. Throughout the day, I found myself constantly checking myself out... because it looked like I had the most natural tan - a noticeable difference from my actual skin color but so natural you couldn't tell it was bronzer. I'm so used to having to be extremely light-handed with my bronzing powder. But with this powder, while I don't need much at all, I don't have to worry that I'll "over-bronze" - which makes for a really nice application.I am a natural (4), NC30, and have tried the Medium, Light and Dark. I found the Dark way to dark for me. The Light had a nice warm, golden color, but being as how I have yellowish undertones, I felt the Medium gave me the best color.

I ordered my bronzer online in a shade to light for me, Golden Light. I was about to send it back when an Online Makeup Artist suggested that it was a great shade for me to wear as a neutral blush, following Bobbi's advice of wearing two shades of blush. It is wonderful! My cheekbones look more defined, and the "pop" of color that my regular blush (Nectar) gives me lasts much longer, even in the hot weather. This was definitely a good mistake!

Nice bronzer, but I got the lightest shade (golden light) and it is really dark. It goes on pretty sheer and it's summer, so it definitely accents and adds to my tan, but in the middle of winter when I'm super pale I probably won't wear it--I'm worried that the dark color will look too fake.

I LOVE this product. It is a MUST in my makeup bag. On the weekends, I leave the house without anything on but this bronzer, mascara, blush and a lip balm. It adds color and evens my skin tone out on those days when I don't want foundation (anytime I am going to sweat: at the pool, biking around town, at the farmer's market).Unlike other bronzers I have tried, it doesn't need layer after layer to show up on the skin. Bobbi does it again with the perfect Bronzer. I've tried many many bronzers - some were too shimmery and some made you look like you were wearing a mud mask or hadn't washed your face in days. Obviously color selection goes a long way in keeping bronzer from looking "muddy", but the silky consistency and perfect smoothness makes this bronzer stand out. It's very highly pigmented so it's not a bronzer that you can really "sheer out", so be sure to get the right color. Once you find the right color, you'll be very happy with this purchase.

I use this bronzer mainly during the summer and Natural is perfect for my light to medium skin tone. A Bobbi Brown rep recommended that I use this to offset the look of the hyperpigmentation I have around my mouth and it really works wonders. I plan to try the new Golden Light when winter gets here. The powder is silky smooth and goes on so sheer with the Bronzer Brush, which I believe is a must-have for applying this product.

I was contemplating purchasing this bronzer as I tried the dark and deep dark shades and they were too red for my skin tone. Then bobbi brown releases the deep chocolate shade and I fell in love it is amazing! I would definitely recommend this for those with deeper skintones! I have a lot of red in my skintone and the dark bronzer evens out my coloring between my chest, neck and face. The copper tone in the dark is great for us red/pink girls. I bought this bronzer long time ago and it almost been used up. It's my first time to try bronzer and I fell in love with it. When the person try it on one side of my face, my face looks instantly sharper and smaller. I think the shade I got might be a little to dark for my ski tone. I am glad they have more shades now. I bought my first bronzer from Bobbi a month ago, and I love it. I have light to medium skin color, and I wear skin foundation in warm sand 2.5 all year round. I always thought of my self as fair-light skin especially in the winter but not my face. I got the medium bronzer and my skin looks sun kissed even in the winter! I went to a Bobbi Brown store and thought I would be buying a lighter one seeing how its not summer, and it took 2 of the employees to determine that I would be a Medium in the bronzer. So be careful what colors you order online, or talk to an online artist first, you might not get the right color at first if you don't, I wouldn't have.

The problem I have with almost all bronzers is that they do not reflect the color I get from being in the sun. My skin gets a little ruddy, not orange, golden or brown. When I tried Bobbi's "Natural" shade of bronzer, it was the first one that looked like I actually spent an hour in the sun. I layered a little pink blush over it and was good to go. I love this product! I have pale skin and love Bobbi's products for the yellow tones. Im also very fair in features and bronzers never normally work well with me. I either look orange or you cant even tell any difference in my skin. I have this bronzer in Golden Light, panicked a bit when i saw it because, like many products, it looked alot darker than i wanted. But once applied it looks like I have a healthy natural tan. It really lasts the day as well, I put it down my neck and on my shoulders. My friends are all buying this now because they love it on me. Will buy again!

It's very natural and the bronzed brush is hands down the best brush I own.The reason for the 4-star review is that Bobbi Brown large circular cases must have a design flaw. Between the illuminating bronzer and this one, I've owned 4 of them. Shortly after I start using them, the closing clasp breaks and I can't completely close it. I can't imagine I'm the only one having this problem.

First off, I never review but I read them before I purchase anything as I'm sure many ppl do.. So I felt inclined to say how happy I am that I went on and purchased this after finally finding one review by an African american lady who said that deep was great for her... I wear the warm almond 6.5 foundation and I was thinking I needed one of the newer darker shades but Im glad I went on with deep because it's absolutely PERFECT..I don't like to wear blush on a daily basis because my skin tone doesn't blush naturally and the sparkles in blush are annoying so I use this bronzer on my cheek bones and I love the sculpted effect especially after i mist my face with face spray...highly recommend! Bobbi brown is the best in the world when it comes to skin tone; after buying this I can say that with certainty...

Normally, I go for the shimmer bronzers, but I had been eyeing this bronzer for awhile and decided to give it a try. When a BB MA swept this across my cheeks (I bought the bronzer in Deep), forehead and along the bridge of my nose I was impressed by the definition and contouring I saw after the MA had placed foundation all over my face. Great product and so happy I bought it, and I know it's going to last me forever (side note: I bought BB's shimmer bronzer in a color that has been discontinued and I still have it and you can't even tell that I used any of it).

So, I am relatively new to BB (about 2 years now) and just discovered the absolutely perfect bronzing powder. I never realized how essential it was. If you don't have this-GET IT. It is the perfect product to give your skin that extra something. Makes you look like you just stepped outside for a walk. The amount you get for the price is great too. It will take me forever to use all of this. I will never ever be without it. One word of caution, chat with a BB rep or see a counter to get what color will work for you. I have Medium and I am a Sand foundation. I never thought Medium would be 'my' color but it is perfect. It is the exact color my skin turns to when I'm out in the sun. I hit my forehead, cheeks, bridge of nose and chin with a bronzer brush and I am good to go.

I ordered the golden light at the suggestion of an online BB artist. I wear sand to warm sand foundations for reference. The golden light will work, but I have to be extremely light handed, which I typically am anyway, but it can look to dark if I'm not careful. The artist also suggested I use the blender brush, which I do like.

I've always been hesitant about purchasing a bronzing powder for fear it would be too dark, or give a muddy look on my face. But after consulting on-line with a Bobbi Brown representative, they suggested the Golden Light powder. I already have the Antigua powder, which I also love, but wanted something more matte, that I could use my shimmer bricks over. This shade worked out exactly as I wanted - a light golden brown, that looks wonderful with my Rose Gold Shimmer Brick.

This is the first time I have used a bronzer. Got it because of Martha Stewart's recommendation. It is a subtle look to my eye when I look in the mirror, but something good must be going on, because since I started using the bronzer, I am getting "Wow, you look great" sorts of compliments. Highly recommended!

Fast shipping is the only good thing I can say. Way to matte ends up looking dull and the natural is very dark, all in all made my complexion look muddy.

There is more than one use for this product.I use the Bronzer for something other than bronzing.It is a great product to use for contouring also. I use it in the hollow of my cheeckbones and under my chin to make my face look thinnner and my burgeoning jowls disappear.

Never used bronzer but now use it everyday! It just looks amazing on me and will always wear it I prefer myself with it only been using it for a month in the medium shade and I am hooked I get a lot of complements on my fake but very realistic sun kissed glow!

A true Bronzer

This is a very nice bronzer and does not turn orange throughout the day as some others seem to do.The shade is a slight bit darker than I hoped for but it works. Considering ordering the Natural for a more "natural" look. If you are looking for a true bronzer that blends evenly and looks great on all day, this is it. I bought Golden Light.
