Shimmer Lip Gloss - STAYS PUT

I have been using the Shimmer Lip Gloss in Spun Sugar on top of my lipsticks for a couple of years now. My favorite thing about it is that it STAYS PUT for a long time which most glosses don't. I love the fact that the brush doesn't get shmushed-up after a few uses. The color is perfect - it isn't too pink, too red, too orange - it just tones every lipstick to a classy shine. It's also great for zipping on solo at the weekends when I'm popping out to the stores or the gym. I'm never without it.

Pretty Colors - Don't like sponge applicator

Who changed the brush?! I recently purchased Lilac Sugar (one of my favorites) and I can barely get any product on my lips because either the gloss is not sticking to the sponge when I pull it out of the tube or the sponge applicator is absorbing the gloss instead of transferring to my lips ... don't know which one it is, but I don't like it. I had to put the sponge in the gloss at least 3 times to get enough on my lips. I have many other glosses from other brands with sponge tip applicators, and I've never experienced anything like this ... disappointed. And, the gloss is feeling a little stickier than usual, and it's not my lips cuz I exfoliated before I applied the gloss :o)

I have many of Bobbi's glosses and I have a few of these as well. My favorites by far are Rose Sugar.....a very natural, polished shade and also Black Pearl....a very sexy, deep, cool mauve I like to wear on nights out. Spun Gold is another very pretty one....on my lips it turns a reddish-pink-gold shade that brightens my face and looks beautiful with pink blush. Twilight is a very wearable shade....kind of a plummy-bronze on me and looks lovely with purple or plum eyeshadow. The only one I didn't care for was Lilac Sugar...which came out a bit too frosty and light on me. However, I gave it to my sister who absolutely adores it!Most of Bobbi's lip glosses are very long wearing, and this collection is no exception. And don't be afraid of the shimmer...it's very natural and grown up and is more glowing than sparkling. And anyways....I think you are NEVER too old for shimmer!

This gloss is so pretty! It is stickier than the high shimmer glosses but as a result it lasts longer. I really like how this gloss looks and feels on the lips! There is a subtle shimmer which is very pretty. I only wish there were more colors.
