Step 1 - Adding an Item to the Cart
- When shopping, if you would like more information about a product, such as a larger color swatch, product usage and tips, click on the small product photo at left.
- Type in the quantity of product you wish to purchase in the Quantity box located adjacent to the product. Read more on our Maximum Purchase Policy.
- Click the Add to Bag button, which places the product selected in the desired quantity in your Shopping Bag.

If you share your computer with others, we recommend that you sign out of your session by clicking Sign Out, located at the top of each page. Then no one else can view the information you have stored in My Account.

- At any time during your shopping you can view the items placed in your shopping bag. For a quick overview, you can click View Bag at the very top of the page, on the black bar. This will open a small window with a brief list of items you've added to your shopping cart.
- For more details and to edit your shopping cart, click the black button View Bag in this small window or at the top of each product page of our site..
- Editing Quantities: If you wish to edit the quantity of items purchased, you can make the change right in your view bag the Quantity box and click on Update Order. To delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply select the Delete button to the left of the product name and this will remove the item. If you wish to clear your order completely and not submit it, click on the Cancel Order button at the bottom of the page.
- When you've completed shopping, click on Checkout from the menu at top of each page.
- Of course, while you are shopping, you may change your mind and delete any item in your bag by clicking on View Bag from the menu at top.
- After your order is submitted, you will be taken to a thank you page that assigns you an order number and includes all the details about your order. If there are any problems processing your order, please contact Bobbi Brown Customer Service at 1-877-310-9222 or via email and be sure to refer to your order number.
- If you do not receive this email within 2 hours of order placement,please contact us at 1-877-310-9222 for further assistance. Spam filters may be employed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or on your browser that may be preventing our email from getting through to you.

- Because settings on individual monitors vary, it is often hard for us to show the exact color(s) of each item. All images have been optimized to look their best on a variety of different platforms, browsers and monitors. If you have questions about a particular color of an item, please contact us.
- This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 800 x 600 or higher. Please keep in mind that monitors display colors differently based upon their settings.
