How do I become a member?

Is the membership free?

Yes, in celebration of the launch of Bobbi Brown Pro, we are waiving the membership fee for the first two years. This is subject to change.

Where can I use my discount?

You can use your Bobbi Brown Pro discount on bobbibrown.com, available only to U.S. customers. The discount applies to all products on the website except for eGift cards.

What if I don’t live in the Continental U.S.?

Currently, Bobbi Brown Pro membership is only available to customers of the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories.

I want to train as a Bobbi Brown makeup artist. Can you recommend a place where can I train? Is there a course run by Bobbi Brown?

At the moment, we do not offer formal trainings nationwide, but as a Bobbi Brown Pro member you will be the first to know when we do! Does being a part of Bobbi Brown Pro help me qualify for a position to work at a Bobbi Brown counter?

No, being a Bobbi Brown Pro member does not qualify you for a position to work at a Bobbi Brown counter. For information about job opportunities, please visit the employment section of the website.

How long does it take for an application to be processed and how long would it
take to be notified if I was approved or not?

Please allow 4-8 weeks for your membership to be processed. If your membership is declined, we will promptly send you an email with an explanation.

How do I change my name, address and contact information?

Please log in and go to the MY ACCOUNT section. You can change your address, contact information or email. If you need to update your name, please contact bobbibrowntech@bobbibrown.com or call 1-877-310-9222

As a Bobbi Pro member, do I qualify for special offers on BobbiBrown.com like samples, free shipping, etc.?

Bobbi Brown Pro members cannot redeem additional offers with their current 40% discount.

What are Bobbi Brown Pro Member Benefits?

Pro Members receive a 40% discount on all products (except eGift Cards) on bobbibrown.com.

As a Bobbi Brown Pro member how much can I buy?

For Bobbi Brown Pro members, no more than six (6) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $500 per order (not including pro discount, shipping fees and sales tax) per customer.

As a Pro member how do I purchase product for distribution at a salon, school
or retail environment?

For Pro member orders with the intent to distribute at a salon, school or other retail venue, we ask that you submit your inquiry in writing on your company letterhead to:

I see offers and promo codes emailed to me, can I use them?

Bobbi Brown Pro member are not allowed to combine offers. You will only be able to redeem the 40% discount as a Pro member.

I was approved as a Bobbi Pro Member, but I cannot see my discount at checkout.

I already have an account on bobbibrown.com, and now I am a Bobbi Brown Pro member. How can I get my discount?

If you supplied the same email address that gives you access to your current bobbibrown.com account on the Pro membership application you will automatically see your 40% discount at checkout once you sign in.

If you supplied a different email on the Pro application form, please create a new account on bobbibrown.com using that email address.

Why does my shipping address need to match my billing address?

Bobbi Brown Pro Member’s shipping address must match their billing address to successfully checkout with the Pro discount. This is to guard against fraudulent purchases.

When does my Bobbi Brown Pro membership expire?

You can find your membership expiry date by logging on to your account on bobbibrown.com and checking the Pro Member section on the My Account page.

Where is my Pro Member ID?

You can find your Pro Member ID by logging on to your account on bobbibrown.com and checking the Pro Member section on the My Account page. If you have a problem with your order, you may need to provide this number to a Customer Service agent to verify that you are a Pro member.

How long is my Bobbi Brown Pro Membership valid for?

Pro Membership is valid for two years.
