Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders with Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 3:00 PM EST except major holidays). Overnight Service and 2nd Day shipping orders, placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.

eGift Certificates are delivered via email and reach their sender within 5 hours if there are no issues with the order.

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.

Bobbibrown.com accepts orders being shipped to U.S.destinations only. We're sorry, at this time we are unable to accept orders being shipped to international destinations.


Please Note:  All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Order Status

A key benefit of setting up an account with us is the ability to check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and quickest way to get current information regarding your Bobbibrown.com order. If you do not have an account setup with us, and have questions you may email our customer service department or contact us at 1.877.310.9222.

Once your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

Order Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:

1. Item(s) not available.
2. Difficulty in processing payment information.
3. Cannot ship to address provided.
4. Duplicate order was placed.
5. Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact Bobbi Brown Online Customer Service at 1-877-310-9222 or via email.

Item Availability

Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order,you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at 1-877-310-9222 and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Bobbi Brown Online purchase, simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Bobbi Brown products. Please note that Bobbi Brown eGift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged. Please follow the instructions on the invoice enclosed with your order to complete your return or exchange. A pre-printed label is provided for your convenience. We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.

If you wish to return item(s) purchased at Bobbi Brown Online prior to April 30,2012

·         Please fill out the Return Merchandise/ Exchange section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.

·         If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include payment information on the back of the invoice.

·         If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked “Gift Return” on the back of the invoice.

·         Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records (optional).

·         Affix the return label provided on the original invoice to the outside of the return package.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable if your order was purchased prior to April 30, 2012.

If the items received are damaged, please refer to “Damaged Items” below.

Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Free Return Shipping on Foundations, Concealers, Correctors and Powders

If for any reason you are not happy with your Foundation, Concealer, Corrector or Powder purchase on BobbiBrown.com, you may return the unused portion to us and receive free shipping on your return package. If your purchase was completed between April 30, 2012 - January 5, 2015, and the package was delivered in the U.S., you are eligible for free return shipping*.

·           If you are eligible to receive free shipping on your return package, please call us at 1-877-310-9222. Our Online Makeup Artists will be happy to help you find a product to better suit your needs—or refund your purchase price—and we'll cover the return postage.

·         A free return label will be provided to you via email. Simply print the label and affix it to the return package.

·         To prepare your return package, please fill out the Return Merchandise/Exchange section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.

·         If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include your payment information on the back of the invoice.

·         If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked “Gift Return” on the back of the invoice.

·         Take the return package to your local UPS drop-off location or UPS store for shipment.

*Offer cannot be applied to Bobbibrown.com orders placed prior to April 30, 2012 or after January 5, 2015. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of offer and to modify or cancel any promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems. Damaged Items


If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-877-310-9222. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
